Sunset Valley's main villa features four bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have both full and twin beds with ensuite bath. The third bedroom has
two twin beds and the final bedroom is currently used as a pool and storage room. This fourth bedroom has a nice-sized loft area. There are
also two full-sized futon beds in the spacious great room. The kitchen and laundry room are fully equipped and feature all new, modern appliances.
The dining area and great room both enjoy a dramatic vaulted ceiling. There are three bathrooms. All of the villa's rooms have ceiling fans
and all open onto the cool veranda and its wonderful views. There is also satellite TV, with a VCR, DVD. The villa sale will include
furnishings (we will only take some personal items with us).
Outside, a lovely array of flowers and shrubs surround the villa's refreshing pool (5m x 12m). On the large pool patio you will find a large
assortment of chairs and lounges for your relaxation, as well as an outdoor shower for your convenience. In the front of the villa there are
two over-sized hammocks in the cool shade of the veranda from which you can enjoy the wonderful views from the estate and the delightful
songs of our many feathered friends.
The estate also features an independent gatehouse (approximately 60mq.) with kitchen, living area, bedroom, bathroom office space and plenty
of storage. The gatehouse is fully air-conditioned. There are a servant's quarters underneath the main villa comprised of approximately 40mq.
It too has a kitchen and living area, bathroom and bedroom. There is also a pump house with a small caretaker's living area therein.
Sunset Valley Estate consists of three separate, one-acre plots. This would make it easy for you to subdivide in the future or even to

postcard perfect...uncrowded, unspoiled, and undeniably lovely. Englishman's Bay also offers a nice selection of coral and fish for snorkeling.
The small and friendly villages of Castara and Parlatuvier also offer excellent bathing and, as mentioned, are very close.
Some of Tobago's best bird watching and hiking can be found in Sunset Valley's immediate area. The scenery is wonderful and the wildlife
in and around the estate is remarkable. Other activities, such as golf, sailing, diving, or sport fishing are a reasonable drive away.
